Doctors, dentists and Chinese medicine practitioners in Hong Kong are regulated by statutory registration ordinances and professional codes. Publishing patient reviews and star rankings could put them in breach of those codes, so we neither collect nor display ratings for healthcare.
For healthcare, one thing matters far more than stars: whether they are registered.
